Tired of going through 150+ Smiles?

Pretty self explanatory, but what it does is let you add your Top 15 Smiles to the drop down when submitting or replying to a thread and the Smiles Box on the left side of the text entry box will have your selected smiles and NOT the forums first 15.
It doesn't work with quick reply unfortunately which is what i use 99% of the time.
I do plan on implementing this into the shoutbox.
