CTS sticker discussion thread

Ok, we are starting a new sticker thread. we are in the process of going with a new supplier in these. The biggest problem right now is some of the colors some people wanted.

Right now all that is available is

red
white
black
yellow

i know there were a few requests for different colors, like gold, ecu colors stuff like that. Well right now there isnt enough of a demand for it to be worth while to order up these colors of vinyl. kinda lose money buying 10 yds of a color and only needing it for one sticker.

so we are going to start up a new list using the colors i just posted for now. till maybe we can get some more orders/money for custom colors and stuff.

so post your name, what colors you want (you can mix the colors) and what size. then we can go from there.

Danny wil have to chime in on what size you get for being a donator and all that. i cant remember.

depending on size im going to say 3-10 or so. starting from smallest to largest. to cover shipping and all that.

That way you can give exact prices, and it would be less hassle.

ok, so if your a donator you get 1- 12" sticker. any extra would be a charge for.

And we can do them in about any size. just need to figure out what height to go with on the 12's. the one we did for my blazer is somewhere around 18 or long i want to say.

so in the list just put your name, color, size and qaunity. then i will be able to start working on some pricing.

i know some people will run them on there rear window, some on there side windows, some on there windshields, and some people that have multiple vehicles might need to a 12" for there truck but there other vehicle might need a smaller one we dont offer.

so i guess we need to see what size people are looking for and go from there.

but yes, they can be mixed. like mine. only problem with that is if you do like 3 colors like mine it might show up in 2 pieces depending on how many there is to do like that. if its not alot we can put them together prior to shipping.

i would like everyone to remember that the person that will hopefully be doing them does this as a hobby. so she works a full time job. (stfu billy) so there might be a little bit of a delay.

danny, how do you want to do the payments and crap? they just pay the site then me and you work it out or what?

yes she is local. the reason we dont have prices yet is because she needs a list of who wants what so if she needs to order more vinyle. which i might just order it for her. and you know who it is.

oh, and she knows when she can make the stickers. i only said what i did so no one will think they will get them in a few days and also depending on how many she has to actually make, switching out clors and all that shit. so she would probally get a batch done in a weekend then i would get them that week or probally the next weekend. depending on time and shit.

with a 1.5" tall sticker, you'd need it to be 9" wide, to keep the proportions of a 2" x 12".

and as with the 18" wide sticker, it'd need to be 3" tall. just some food for thought.

This is exactly why I said keep it to basics, at least for now to get the ball rolling. Decide 3-4 sizes, bam, you have prices and no miss matched shit going on.

i just know he got me the screens at his cost, $30 apiece...so it was initially $60 for those, not sure what you were actually asking for a price of....i'm not really sure on the actual cost per item, i think he gets shirts in bulk..like 4 bucks or so apiece, his price, and he was charging us like $10 each on the actual screenprinting labor or whatever per shirt, if you remember, it was like 20 bucks for a shirt and a sticker....i know there was around $550-$600 in all, once it was all said and done. but that's including the stickers also.

yea i was talking bout the shipping i was gonna get some prices from the local place here and see what i could get some hoodies shipped to peoples door. see who can get them done the cheapest. and who is willing to get it done and shipped out. i know i have some spare time to do this. and thelocal place would get them back in one bulk lot. so it wouldnt be a few hear a few there.

aigth the one place i checked online was like 40 - 45 a shirt but that was the good hoodies. i would like to get the hoodies close to at least 35 shiped. so around 27 bucks and i gotta see what he will do on colors i know it is cheaper if they are all the same color since he will have to order the better hoodies so if he can get me a good price ill start a poll with the shirt colors. and take the most popular then start a order thread.

as far as getting prices on hoodies and tees im gonna run by today and see about an estimate all im gona is get the same as the stickers across the shoulders on the front dont realy see the purpose in putting something across the shoulders as it wont be visible when the hood is down. tees im gonna get a small logo of the left chest on the front and a large logo across the shoulders havnt heard any body give no imput.

ok ill check on that today. im thinking for the hoodie probly a 9"x1.5" logo across the chest. as for the shirts putting a 3" logo on the left chest something small. then the same 9" logo on the back (same sixe as the hoodies to cut down on cost. im gonna tell him at least 15 hoodies and 30 tess does this soudn like to much or not enough i know the hoodies will strongly depend on the price i know im getting one as i wear them all the time and ill probly get a tee. can someone help me with the numbers as far rough estimates on order numbers.
